Team Leader/System Analyst/Integrator

This renaissance person will lead and facilitate multidisciplinary team (programmers, consultants, clients, writers) in rapid application development environment. Communication and consensus building skills are essential. Organizational skills are needed to deliver product on time and within the budget to the global market.

You will work with 2-5 programmers/technical specialists who will build/customize the "software ICs"/components to be integrated incrementally into the system. You are the system architect, the programmers are your crafts people, implementing the project.

Technical, Application, and Market knowledge and experience are important - but -the most important is how well and quickly you learn in the rapidly changing high-tech environment.
