Think-Tech's mission is to develop innovative, cost-effective, and quality software for the global marketplace. Innovations in process development technology and communications allow teams of software engineers to develop and market products 24 hours per day on a worldwide basis.
Think-Tech was conceived in 1989 by Jiri Janecek. He has Master degrees in engineering, software, and business. Jiri has extensive high-tech product development experience with expertise in the software development process, software quality, and productivity. Main focus of our activities is Internet and E-Commerce.
Think-Tech is building a virtual business organization in an age of information. We are networked and a constantly evolving learning organization-continuously innovating and improving-striving for high quality products at the lowest cost.
We can facilitate a product team to develop and introduce a new product rapidly to the market. Or we can become a part of your organization for the duration of your projects. Highly skilled and productive teams excel at technically complex projects and have expertise spanning a variety of software environments and hardware platforms.
Organizations in the USA and Central Europe are linked via Internet for instantaneous feedback and seamless information flow. Think-Tech develops incrementally and delivers tangible products in just-in-time fashion.
The compensation structure has two parts: 1) a regular paycheck based on the average local rate, paid with each deliverable, and 2) incentives/stock based on the particular contribution, paid when the product is completed or marketed.
In 1995 Think-Tech plans to expand the software development network in Europe, the Americas, and Asia. We are building WWW pages to present and sell software products (components) from Central Europe on the Internet. We are seeking business partners: project managers, consultants, marketing experts, and development teams to participate and profit in this global virtual corporation.
