Team Building based on personality types

The team's success and productivity depends on each person contribution, collaboration, and communication style.

People composing the team are of different personality types. Team synergy/conflicts can determine the project success/failure more than the individual technical expertise.

The project should provide the team members a simple tool to:

• Determine personality type based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
• Understand others -- MBTI types of other team members
• Simulate team interaction
• Adjust ones work/communication style to the other team members
• Map person type to the task on the multidisciplinary teams; analyst, administrative, designer, architect, coder, tester, marketer, writer, graphic designer, team facilitator, trainer, artist, GUI designer, …

The project could be in JAVA on the interactive Web using fuzzy logic (input/result). Check the MBTI based personality test.
