The first step (of the great journey) is to set up the JITSoft server to sell, exchange and push/download products in the electronic form (software) on the Internet in one single session. Secured credit card payments should be supported.

The JITSoft server is a foundation for the next step - JIT services exchange/sales- dynamic environment for exchange of software, marketing of software, and creation of software - where software is a generic term for any intellectual property which can be transmitted electronically - computer programs (mostly componenets like JavaBeans, ActiveX), photos, digital videos, securities, etc.

When the marketplace is set and filled with the software components, prototypes, and other downloadable electronic goods - the JITSoft will evolve into more comprehensive service system. Technical support, contract testing, contract programming, localization, custom software component development - and many new service opportunities in cyberspace.

But to start we must provide convenient, secure, and supportive environment for one stop transaction:

For the buyer -

• find/select product
• pay
• push/download zipped EXE
• unizip/autoinstall

For the seller -

• upload your product
• document the product
• set up your company/home marketing page
• incoroprate into the site search engine
• collect revenue periodically

JITSoft creates environment/infrastructure facilitating the exchange

• hosts and administer the server and infrastrucure
• distribute money to sellers
• collect money from buyers - (or %service)

• maintain/extend the infrastructure

Microsoft's Merchant Server (around $20K) and many other similar products and services (Virtual Stores, Credit Card verification) provide complete solution or building blocks for the selling over the Internet - the process of selling and buying over the Internet is legitimized -

Difference between "MS Merchant Server" and JITSoft:

1. Each product will have a forum - to create dialogue among the customers plus to provide help and technical support
2. Fraction of the cost with better technologies
3. Median price (bulk) of the product sold/exchanges is projected around $20
4. Access to global market on the Internet - where the seller big and small (SOHO - Small Office/ Home Office market) is able to complete transaction
