Service Empire In Cyberspace

The technology for secured electronic transactions on the Internet - global information network - is neither complex nor expensive. The entrance cost is minimal - and the merchant servers - large and small are popping all over the Internet. The competition between the sites to fill their "databases" with goods is/will be fierce. Instead of software producers competing for the shelve space in the local computer store, there is a cyberspace competing for the content to attract the visitors. Our mission is to facilitate, seed, enable -community which will attract partners, suppliers (authors of Intellectual Property to sell), and clients (buyers of goods and services) - smart, diverse people - with astronomical collective IQ. CeXchange is active, participatory, evolving intellectual community..

Members - Partners, Suppliers, and Clients:

CeXchange members will share in the profits. At the end of each business year the profits will be distributed to members according to the

time and money invested in the building and operation of the CeXchange - partners
amount/money of goods sold - suppliers
amount of money spent - clients.

There should be participation, sense of ownership, easy information access.

Partners - individuals and organizations with significant investment

in time and/or money in CeXchange. They will have access to all resources - and will be encouraged to spin their own organizations around the World. Partners can have automatically suppliers and clients attributes.

Suppliers - market their services and goods via CeXchange.

Programmers, photographers, writers - sell and show examples of their work - Java Applet, photograph, an article - and at the same time contract for the programming contract, photography assignment, writing contract ..

We are at present IPP - Internet Presence Provider (CSTUDIO.COM) for almost fifty companies and individuals from around the World. Each of them has something to sell to USA and global market. The transition for these clients to suppliers could be automatic.

Each new supplier - must qualify:

one or more product (or group - like ActiveX library) for minimum of $10per product to sell
quality - each product is evaluated and tested by CeXchange staff (part of the monthly fee)
MANDATORY support/or contract for support for the products (audited continuously by CeXchange staff
sales/services are at least $100/month at the end of the first three months of operation.

Supplier gets hosting at CeXchange.com/your_organization:

Storage: less than 20 MB

Initialization fee: $40

Monthly fee: MAX($20 minimum or total price of items for sale on your_organization page)

Zero Entry Cost - Initialization and monthly fees are deducted from the monthly sales revenues - there is no out of pocket entry cost for the supplier.

We provide protected and convenient environment for your sales. Royalties of 75% from revenue (we provide technical support) or 80% (you provide technical support) are credited to suppliers accounts each month.

Clients/Buyers -can buy the goods or services in one visit/session:

Get the information about the product - visit forum, run demo (if provided), select product(s), purchase and authorize the purchase amount (via SSL) and download the product(s) immediately. The product (and updates/fixes) will be available at the site for further downloads at least for 90 days (you will get your access password to the products via e-mail).
