European Investment -

One to four countries from the Eastern Europe should participate - this will be very intensive work/learning experience in USA software culture, Internet technology and fast RAD, and first hand knowledge and requirements of USA software market. The proximity to Microsoft will enable us to learn and use the best what they can offer - early software releases, seminars, personal contacts. We need both front-end and back-end (Client/Server) designers.

Participation should be on the team/organization level - with one representative working here in the USA for 3 -6 months period and having at least two full time person back home. 24 hours/7days a week development and support. Selected participants have to pay all their expenses here plus $1000 dollars per month for the hardware, connectivity, workspace use.

There could be an opportunity to participate in the local contracts with 50% profit share - but this is NOT guaranteed. The main goal is to build the first class Internet infrastructure which should be profitable within six month and to provide the backbone for the software distribution and development in participating countries.

There is no fixed formula for shared profits within CeXchange virtual organization - relationships must be ethical, mutually beneficial, and synergetic. The USA is the largest and likely most profitable market and all partners participate in it. Example - CeXchange.com will sell $100K of the Czech posted SW software with the net (after Tax) profit = $10K and $2K - i.e. 20% - will go to CeXchange.cz. The relationship will be reciprocal -CeXchange.CZ will sell $10K (in Kc) of the US posted SW in CR - with $1K profit - $200 will go to CeXchange.com. The initiative should be attract as much as possible of content providers and give them the access to the largest market possible.

The Eastern Europe investment is mostly in people (salaries, communication infrastructure, marketing expenses, travel, living expenses in USA) and should be equivalent to about $10K/month for the first three month of the project (January, February, March 1997)

Please note that some income should be realized already after the first and second month of operation -

After the first month we should have working functional prototype - the software will be sold on the CeXchange and there will be parts from our own project being packaged and sold while expanding the CeXchange functionality. This income will be applied to the next month expenses - i.e. very likely the actual investment required could be like $10K first month, $6K the second, $3K the third ---

US Investment -

Seeking investors/business partners with commitment of $12K per month ($36K total) for the three month
